Buying Information

Retail customers:

Pendamonium is a wholesale company, selling only to the trade.  If you wish to purchase our products, and don’t know of any businesses near you that carry it, please contact us (see contact information) by email or phone, and we will guide you to a business that sells the specific product you are looking for.

Wholesale customers:

Once you have applied for a wholesale account and are approved you will be able to see pricing online.  To apply  ~  click on “wholesale account” or “wholesale login” from the home page, then click “register for a wholesale account” ~ you will need to provide us with your name, contact information, store address, and a description of your establishement and other lines you carry.  Also, please fax or email us a copy of your current resale license.  We will either go ahead and approve you (immediately if you are a previous customer) or possibly contact you for more information to make sure we will have the “right fit”.  

After applying for a wholesale account and being approved, there are several options for placing your order:

• You can place your order online ~ with this option you can either provide your payment information at time of placing order, or we can contact you for it.  Your order is not charged until it is ready to ship.
• You can call us to place your order ~ this is actually a good idea if you have never ordered from us before ~ after hearing about your store we can guide you to items that have historically worked best for your type of business, let you know which items are best sellers, etc…
• You can email us to request an order form, fill it in at your convenience, and fax it to us.

Tips for buying initial and sentiment pens:

When buying initial & sentiment pens, many stores buy an assortment, then add on the initials they sell the most of (one option is for assortment, another option is for initials by letter, and sentiments by sentiment.)  Many also add on some bottles (you will see these at the bottom of each of these pages) and/or notecubes, that customers can put their pen in to make a set.
