Terms

Minimum Order Requirements:

Minimum opening order ~ $150.00

Minimum reorder ~ $100.00

Payment Terms:

We accept all major credit cards.  Payments are not processed until orders are ready to ship.  At that time we can either email you an invoice, and  you can pay online on your end.  Or, you can provide us with your payment information and we can process the payment on our end.

Cancellation & Damage policy:

Any cancellation should be received 2 weeks prior to ship date.    

Please notify Pendamonium of any damages within 3 days of receipt of order.

Shipping Information:

Orders can take from 3-4 weeks to ship.  If you need something sooner, please contact us to find out if it is possible.

Orders ship from Naples, FL, and we ship both UPS and Fedex, depending on which is the best for your area. 

Backorders:

We will call prior to shipping any backordered items that become available within 30 days ~ after that the backorder will be cancelled and merchandise should be reordered.
